Bagels are not my friend

I  know I know they are NOT my friend!!!!!  I love them.. they are quick and easy and a complete NO NO!!  I'm looking for a good quick healthy Breakfast alternative.  I can not do Eggs of any sort and am burned out on yogurt and oatmeal.  HELP any suggestions??

Hi Ginger.  How is that baby?  Hope all is well.  How about peanut butter on apple slices?  I love bagels too.  They are my favorite.  Every once in a while I eat a half of a large bagel.  It doesn't bother me but I know they aren't good for me.  I drink a protein shake for breakfast.  Eggface has a couple of muffin recipes.  They may be good.  She uses whole wheat pancake mix to make them instead of white flour.  She has recipes for different flavors.  You could have one with a couple of slices of bacon or sausage.  I make the Fiber One muffin mix.  I eat them once in a while for a snack.  I find I have to change out what I eat so I don't get bored with it so I know what you mean.

Muffins... yum... I'll have to check that out!  Peanut butter and apples sounds like a keeper too! Thanks for the help!

Good Morning,

I just wanted to say....just because it is breakfast doesn't mean you have to eat breakfast food.  I sometimes eat left over chicken for breakfast.  

You know me though....I do not eat bread, rice, pasta, potatoes or sugar ever!!!! They are all my trigger foods that I was addicted to.

I know that in my head but I cant get to the point where I can eat tuna for breakfast... YUCK.. LOL   Its kinda like having a drink before 5.
